Shipping policy

We strive to handle your order to a carrier company within 1-3 business days. Upon shipment, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code to monitor your delivery.

Shipping within Switzerland


Free shipping within Switzerland. All our orders are delivered by Swiss Post. We ship locally from our warehouse based in Switzerland.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping:  3 - 5 business days
Priority shipping( additional cost): 2 business days 

 

Shipping within EU:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times within EU:
6- 8 business days

Please be aware that these estimations may vary and we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by the shipping company.

 

Custom Charges

VAT & Duty fees apply on all EU orders.

Shipping costs do not include any duty or customs charges that may apply to shipments outside Switzerland and Europe. Alam Bosch is not responsible for covering these additional fees.

 

Non-deliverable or refused parcels

Any parcels that could not be delivered because the given delivery address was incorrect or because it was not picked up at the post office for any reason and is returned to our warehouse will be treated as a regular return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note, if you refuse a shipment from ALAM BOSCH, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as additional costs of returning your order parcel to ALAM BOSCH.
